- There is no dedicated parking lot at Seoul Namsan Traditional Theater. Please use public transportation as much as possible, and use nearby paid parking facilities if needed.- Seoul Namsan Traditional Theater has 4 wheelchair-accessible seats. For Guests who use wheelchairs or have mobility difficulties, please contact Seoul Namsan Traditional Theater (02-6358-5500) for assistance.
- Late entry or re-entry during the performance is not allowed. Therefore, ticket cancellations, refunds, or exchanges by late entry or re-entry will not be accepted. Please make sure to arrive at the venue with sufficient time.
- Please note that some delays or changes may occur depending on the progress of the event.
- English subtitles are not provided.
